At Poweroxx, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process. Please review the policy details below.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to remain eligible.
  • Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered.

To process your request, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened and highlight any issues or discrepancies at the time of delivery.

Reverse Pickup Process

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Poweroxx at no additional cost.
  • Only one reverse pickup will be provided per order.
  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability at your delivery pin code.
  • In exceptional cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to ship the product back using a reliable courier service.

Important Note:
If your reverse pickup is not completed within 24 to 48 hours of approval, please contact us immediately so we can reinitiate the request with our courier partners. In some locations, pickup delays may occur due to external factors. If we are not informed and the 7-day return or exchange window expires, we may be unable to process your request.

Refund Details

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
    COD charges of ₹49 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Prepaid Orders
    A 3% processing fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Once your refund is initiated, you will receive an email notification. Refunds typically reflect in your original payment method within 24 to 48 hours.

Exclusions (Final Sale Items)

Products purchased from the Final Sale section are not eligible for return or exchange.

First Order Return or Exchange

Your first order with Poweroxx is eligible for return or exchange, and a refund may be issued as per the policy guidelines.
